CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do our best to ensure we always have product in stock of you. However because we work in small batches to ensure your beauty cabinet is filled with the freshest products, we may run out of stock before we are able to update our online ordering system. This may delay your order from being dispatched up to 3 working days, we will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
ORDERING ITEMS ON BACK-ORDER
If an item is listed as out-of-stock you can pre-order and purchase, when the item is in-stock you will be notified and it will be dispatched to you within 3 working days.
